what can you donate to the ReStore?

At the ReStore, we sell donated new and used QUALITY surplus building materials, appliances, furniture, home and garden items at a fraction of retail prices.  Your donations fund the work of Habitat for Humanity in YOUR community.

Our drop-off bay is manned by volunteers and trainees please be patient with us. Please observe the following guidelines:
  • We generally accept new and used building materials, appliances, and furniture
  • Please note that all donations are inspected for quality and safety. The ReStore cannot accept any unsuitable or unsaleable materials.
  • We offer tax receipts for items based on resale value. Only items valued at over $60 are eligible for a tax receipt.

Not able to bring your items to the ReStore? Please call to arrange the curbside pick up of your items at 519-969-3762

Dumping costs us in waste disposal fees. Dropping off un-inspected materials outside of store hours is considered DUMPING, and is subject to a fine.
