As the organization builds homes, acquiring land is one of our greatest challenges.   Land gives us the opportunity to house more families.  We are seeking land throughout the boundaries of Essex County.

We are looking for land in safe areas of our communities.  Depending on the size of land this may mean we can build single unit, semi detached, or row-house style dwellings.
