Habitat for Humanity Windsor-Essex dedicated our 64th home, Presented by Libro Credit Union, in 2018

Our Leamington Family is a single mother, with 3 children in a small rental apartment. Due to inadequate space, some of the family was sleeping in the family room. One of the children also suffers from an auto-immune disease which required safe and decent housing. Together we built a home that mets the needs of all the children.
 
Thanks to the active support of Leamington City Council, Habitat was able to reclaim a dilapidated house. Build #64 not only provided affordable housing to a family in need, it also helped revitalize a neighbourhood street that was negatively impacted by an abandoned house.
