•Other communication supports appropriate to an individual's accessibility needs
We will consult with the person making the request to determine the most appropriate accessible format or communication support.

Accessibility-related feedback is reviewed by the appropriate member of management and reasonable efforts will be made to respond as soon as possible.
Temporary Service Disruptions
When accessibility-related services, facilities, or features are temporarily unavailable, HFHWE will provide notice as soon as reasonably possible.
Notices may be posted:
•At affected entrances or service areas
•On our website
•Through other communication channels, where appropriate
Notices will include:
•Reason for the disruption
•Expected duration
•Alternative arrangements, where available
